Before any work is booked, you receive a written estimate that lists surface preparation steps, materials, the number of coating layers and the projected timeline. That document is the job scope. When the work is complete, the installer returns for a final inspection to confirm every item in the written scope was delivered. If something was missed, it gets addressed before the job is closed.

    Installation & Inspection

    The installer carries out the work to the agreed scope. Once the topcoat has cured, they return for a final inspection to confirm every item was completed as written.
