About this Service
Self-leveling concrete for Phoenix properties smooths pitted or uneven slabs so floor systems bond correctly. The service is used for Phoenix garage floors, downtown warehouse bays, retail storefronts, and basements where finish flatness affects coating life and appearance.
Crews use polymer-modified, cement-based compounds poured in a single flow; small garage corrections are often 1/4"–3/8", while larger commercial bays may need 1/2"–1" with reinforcement. Because Phoenix heat and low humidity change cure rates, pours are scheduled for cooler hours and include controlled mixing, moisture checks, and dust control.
Outcome is a sandable, even substrate ready for primer, base coat, and topcoat application. If a slab shows active cracking, significant settlement, or high vapor emission, additional repair or moisture mitigation is required before the overlay.
